Recovery and post-procedure recommendations
- For the first 2 weeks - rest, moving in a slightly bent position (after a tummy tuck)
- Wearing compression garments for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Dressings and sutures cared for according to the doctor’s recommendations
- No sunbathing, physical activity or lifting - for 6 weeks
- Avoiding intense physical exertion and bending over for a minimum of 4-6 weeks
- No sunbathing or use of a solarium for a minimum of 6 months - SPF 50 protection is necessary
- After 4-6 weeks: introducing scar massage and products supporting their healing
- Check-ups: about 1 month after the procedure, then after 3, 6 and 12 months
