Indications

Indications

Mesotherapy is indicated for people who want to deeply hydrate and nourish their skin, especially in cases of dryness or loss of elasticity. Vitamin cocktails, hyaluronic acid and minerals injected directly into the skin stimulate its regeneration and restore a healthy glow. The result is firmer and smoother skin.

The mesotherapy treatment is effective in combating fine wrinkles and laxity of the skin of the face, neck, décolletage or hands. Introducing active ingredients into the deep layers of the skin stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. Regular sessions allow noticeable rejuvenation and improved skin tone.

Scalp mesotherapy is indicated for people with a problem of excessive hair loss, baldness or weakened hair bulbs. Administering specialised products directly into the scalp strengthens the hair follicles and stimulates hair growth. The result is thicker, stronger and healthier hair.

Body mesotherapy is an effective solution in the fight against cellulite and local deposits of fat tissue. The injected products accelerate the metabolism of fat cells and improve microcirculation in the skin. The treatment smooths the skin and improves its firmness, especially in areas such as the thighs, buttocks or abdomen.

Types of mesotherapy

Types of mesotherapy

Mesotherapy offers a variety of options that can be tailored to the individual needs of the patient. Needle mesotherapy delivers nutrients directly into the deep layers of the skin, which intensively hydrates and regenerates. Alternatively, needle-free mesotherapy uses ultrasound or electric current to penetrate active substances into the skin, which is suitable for people who prefer less invasive methods. This allows the treatment to be adapted to various goals, such as revitalising the facial skin, reducing cellulite or improving hair condition.

03
Course of the procedure

Course of the procedure

The treatment begins with cleansing the skin and, if necessary, applying local anaesthesia. The specialist then performs a series of precise punctures, introducing the nutrient cocktail into selected areas such as the face, neck, décolletage or scalp. The procedure takes about 30-40 minutes and is minimally invasive.

04

Effects and benefits

Mesotherapy improves skin condition, giving it radiance and springiness. It reduces fine wrinkles, supports regeneration and delays the ageing processes. The treatment is versatile and safe, and the effects are visible after just a few sessions. It is a good choice for people looking for an effective method of improving skin quality.

Frequently asked questions

What does needle mesotherapy involve?

Mesotherapy is intradermal micro-injections of cocktails with hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and minerals. The substances go exactly where they act - the skin becomes hydrated, nourished and firmer.

Which problems does mesotherapy solve?

Dehydration and loss of skin radiance, fine wrinkles, shadows and fatigue around the eyes, hair loss, as well as cellulite and stretch marks. We select the cocktail composition according to the goal of the therapy.

How many mesotherapy treatments are needed?

A standard series is 3-5 treatments every 2-4 weeks, then maintenance sessions every 2-3 months. The first effects of freshness are visible after just 1-2 treatments.

Does mesotherapy hurt?

Before the treatment we apply an anaesthetic cream; the punctures with a very fine needle are shallow and short-lived. After the treatment small bumps and redness may remain, disappearing within 24-48 hours.

How long do the effects of mesotherapy last?

After a full series the effect lasts 4-6 months. Regular top-up sessions help maintain constant, high hydration and good skin condition.

Does mesotherapy help with hair loss?

Yes - scalp mesotherapy nourishes the hair follicles, strengthens the hair and limits its loss. The best effects come from a series of treatments started at the first signs of thinning.

How to prepare for mesotherapy?

Come without make-up, stop alcohol for 24-48 hours, avoid aspirin and blood-thinning medications (after consulting your doctor). An active infection or herpes requires changing the appointment.

What to avoid after the mesotherapy treatment?

For 24 hours, make-up and touching the injection sites; for 48 hours, the sauna, swimming pool, solarium and intense exertion. Use gentle care and photoprotection.

Can mesotherapy be combined with other treatments?

Yes - it complements botulinum toxin, fillers, Dermapen or peels well. The order and intervals will be planned by the doctor, so that the treatments mutually reinforce their effects.

Is mesotherapy suitable for young skin?

Yes - it works great preventively: it hydrates, oxygenates and delays the ageing processes. In younger patients, shorter series and less frequent top-up sessions are usually enough.

What are the contraindications to mesotherapy?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding, active infections and inflammations of the skin, an allergy to the cocktail’s ingredients, autoimmune diseases in exacerbation, and clotting disorders. A doctor qualifies you.

How much does mesotherapy cost in Wrocław?

The price depends on the area (face, neck, décolletage, scalp) and the product used. You will find indicative prices in the Luna Clinic price list, and we will set the series plan at a consultation.

Recovery and recommendations

You return to everyday life immediately after leaving the office. For the first 24 hours, do not touch or massage the treated area; for 24-48 hours, avoid intensive sport, the sauna and alcohol. Minor redness or bruising disappears within a few days - it is easy to conceal.
