Ilona Zalewska is a certified manual therapist and cosmetologist with over 7 years of experience working with patients. A graduate of the Non-Public Higher Medical School and Wrocław University of Science and Technology, she combines comprehensive medical and therapeutic knowledge with a passion for health and aesthetics.
As the owner of Total Therapy, Ilona specialises in manual therapy and therapeutic massage, helping patients relieve pain and improve their general well-being. Her holistic approach allows her to tailor therapies to individual needs, ensuring effective and long-lasting results.
Additionally, thanks to her cosmetology qualifications, Ilona combines aesthetic procedures with manual therapies, offering comprehensive care for both health and beauty. Her understanding of the psychological aspects of health and her many years of experience allow her to support patients not only on a physical but also on an emotional level.
Ilona constantly raises her qualifications, taking part in numerous training courses and conferences in order to offer patients modern, effective therapeutic solutions. Her knowledge and experience are also used in her role as a lecturer at a post-secondary school and as an examiner of the Central Examination Board.
