Dr Krzysztof Ciechan is a specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system and has worked in trauma and orthopaedic surgery for over 13 years. He is a graduate of the Wrocław Medical Academy, where he obtained his medical degree in 2003. In 2011 he defended his doctoral thesis, and a year later completed his specialisation in the field.
Dr Ciechan gained his professional experience both in Poland and abroad. For many years he worked at hospitals in the United Kingdom, such as Aspen Highgate Hospital, Nuffield Harrogate Hospital and Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. He combines his experience from Poland and the United Kingdom with an individual approach to each patient.
Dr Ciechan currently conducts consultations and performs surgical procedures at the EuroMediCare hospital in Wrocław, where the priority is restoring patients’ full mobility and comfort of life.
His overriding goal is to provide patients with effective treatment, pain minimisation and a safe return to physical activity. He takes part in international training courses and conferences.
