It is a short, precise procedure performed most often under local anaesthesia - on its own or as a complement to breast surgery (mastectomy, augmentation, lift). We choose the techniques so as to preserve, where possible, sensation and the patency of the milk ducts.

How to prepare for the procedure?

As standard, we order a full set of tests (blood count, coagulation, electrolytes, ECG for general anaesthesia) and, if necessary, additional specialist consultations.

Recovery and post-procedure recommendations

- The sutures are usually removed after 7-14 days

- Avoiding pressure and intense chest movement for about 2 weeks
- Protect the scars from the sun for at least 6 months
- Compulsory check-ups: about 1 month after the procedure, then after 3, 6 and 12 months
Treatment effects
The result of nipple correction is proportional, symmetrical nipples and areolas with a natural appearance. Scars hidden at the base of the nipple or at the areola border are practically invisible after healing. The effect is permanent.
Possible complications and risks
