Depending on the degree of sagging, we use classic brachioplasty (an incision along the inner side of the arm), mini brachioplasty (a scar hidden in the armpit) or techniques combined with liposuction.

Recovery and post-procedure recommendations
- Wearing compression sleeves for a minimum of 6 weeks
- Avoiding physical exertion and raising the arms for 3-4 weeks
- No sun exposure of the scars for at least 6 months
- After about 4 weeks: starting scar massage and using the recommended products
- Sleeping with the arms slightly elevated (on pillows) is recommended for the first few days
- A check-up after 7-14 days (suture removal), then after 1, 3, 6 and 12 months
Treatment effects
The result of an arm lift is firm, taut arms without a hanging skin fold - visible immediately and fully after the swelling subsides (3-6 months). Patients regain the freedom to wear sleeveless clothes. The scar matures and fades over the course of a year.
