Why don’t we combine it with the lower eyelids?
The lower eyelids often look better after upper-eyelid surgery alone, because the fatty infiltration from above decreases. We plan lower-lid correction in stages - the decision is usually made about a month after the upper-lid operation, if the problem remains.
When can I return to sport?
After about 2-3 weeks light activities; intense sport after consulting the surgeon.
Can I drive a car?
Yes - usually from the next day, if there is no swelling significantly limiting vision.
Can upper and lower eyelid surgery be performed together?
Yes - it is a frequent combination, performed under one anaesthesia, giving full rejuvenation of the eye area.
